Robert Dickey, MBA
Chief Executive Officer

As a founding member with a passion for innovation, Robert has had the privilege of serving as CEO of Pharmacy First since 2013.

With a strong business, technical and entrepreneurial background, Robert has a successful track record working with key decision-makers to align technology with business objectives. Robert has more than 30 years of experience managing cross-functional teams in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, pharmacy services, manufacturing, transportation and finance.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration.

Todd Wormington, R.Ph, MBA
Vice President, Pharmacy Programs

Todd is a licensed pharmacist providing leadership in the areas of patient access, healthcare quality and business development. His primary focus for Pharmacy First as Vice President, Pharmacy Programs is managing all operational and clinical support solutions delivered throughout a diverse network of over 2,300 retail pharmacies.

Todd’s 25 years of experience in the industry bridges the gap from early roles in a small independent retail pharmacy chain to building a class-leading, oncology-focused reimbursement hub service company.  He has worked in a variety of business development roles with key technology providers in the retail pharmacy space, including pharmacy systems vendors and class leading robotics companies.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Services Administration.

Candace Sullivan
Vice President, Customer Experience

Candace leads a team of customer experience professionals committed to the success of independent pharmacy. Prior responsibilities included oversight of sales and marketing as well as ancillary program development.

With more than 18 years in the pharmacy industry, Candace has served a range of clients, including patients, pharmacists and business owners. Candace’s experience, which ranges from assisting pharmacists behind the pharmacy counter to ensuring patients’ insurance needs are met, provides valuable perspective in her efforts to provide top-notch service to our PSAO network members.

Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Studies of Human Growth and Development.

Judy Pitnick
Vice President, Accounting and Finance

Judy joined Pharmacy First in 2007 to develop the company’s accounting and finance department.

Prior to joining Pharmacy First, Judy had 22 years of experience in accounting and finance in a wide variety of private companies and industries, including retail, service, hospitality and manufacturing. Judy specializes in process improvement and change management within accounting and operations departments. Judy served on a software development committee for a national firm working to develop, beta test and implement a point of sale software to integrate fully with operational needs, back-office accounting, sales tax and inventory tracking, while also training all levels of users.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration.

Craig Niesen
Vice President, Systems & Security

Craig joined the Pharmacy First team in 2008. His primary role is leading the Systems team, and to architect the organization’s network and information systems infrastructure, and to secure the digital and physical assists of Pharmacy First.

With more than 16 years of information systems architect experience, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization.

Craig holds a Master of Information Systems Management.

Craig Bentley
Vice President, Managed Care Operations

Craig leads the Managed Care Contracting and Credentialing team committed to the success of independent pharmacy. Craig joined the Pharmacy First Team in 2019.

With more than 36 years in the pharmacy industry, Craig started his pharmacy career working as a Pharmacy Technician in an independent pharmacy.  After 5 years, Craig transitioned over to the PBM industry, where he has spent the last 31 years in various leadership roles.  Craig has developed and implemented major programs with various PBM’s, including performance based programs to increase pharmacy payment.
